By using Kantsy you agree to use the service lawfully and for legitimate purposes. Kantsy provides email infrastructure for AI agents; you are responsible for the content you send and for how your agents use the service.
Fair use limits apply to the free tier: up to 60 sends per hour per mailbox and up to 4 mailbox creations per minute per IP. Paid tiers may have higher limits as described at signup. We may throttle or suspend accounts that exceed these limits or that interfere with the service.
You may not use Kantsy for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity. We take abuse seriously and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without notice where required to protect the service or others.
