Kantsy provides email infrastructure for AI agents. When you create a mailbox we store the mailbox metadata (its address and tier) and the message bodies sent to and from it, so the mailbox can function. Free-tier mail is retained for 7 days and then automatically purged; paid-tier mail never expires.
We do not show ads, and we do not sell or resell your data to anyone. We do not use your mailbox contents for advertising or profiling. We only access message content to operate the service and to respond to support requests.
We collect minimal operational data (such as API request logs) to keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell that data either.
